Dear Friend,
Good day, I hope this mail reaches you in good health. My name is Larissa
Sosnitskaya, consultant to the Legal Defence team of Mikhail Khodorkovsky
a Russian Business man and CEO of YUKOS OIL COMPANY. Mr.Khodorkovsky was
arrested by Government security agents on 23rd October 2003, on trumped up
charges of tax evasion, Yukos Oil Company had its assets frozen by Russia\\\'s
Government and control taken over by ROSNEFT {a state owned company}.Shares/Stock
Holdings and Bank accounts have been taken over; impounded and frozen by

Banking and Financial institutions in Western Europe and Asia, without the
knowledge of the Russian Government and its agents. The fund in question
is deposited with a Firm of Fund Managers and Credit Nominees and is a deposit
of USD$26,000,000.00 (Twenty Six Million United States Dollars).Hence the
need for your assistance and cooperation arises
PROPOSAL:
You are required to make representation to the Fund Managers and Credit Nominees,
for withdrawal of Deposited Fund as a Business Associate of Mikhail Khodorkovsky
for Investment in Natural Gas in the Sultanate of Kuwait and The Republic
of Venezuela. Required Legal documentation transferring authority to you
to effect collection of Fund will be issued. At the close of transaction,
you will be paid a commission of ten percent {10%} of total fund {i.e. USD$2.6M}
for your assistance and cooperation. For reasons of expediency, confidentiality
and security, a lawyer in the United Kingdom shall be responsible for legal
drafting and documentation, regulate and broker the transaction. The terms
of the transaction as agreed will be stated precisely and exclusively in
the agreement which will be drafted by the Lawyer and Notaries Public.
