Subject: BUSINESS ASSISTANCE

BUSINESS ASSISTANCE

Sir,

I am writing this proposal to you in the hope that you understand very well the issues involved and you are willing and able to proceed with me with all amount of discretion this transaction requires. You are also to mention no word of this proposal to anybody in the evant that you accept or decline to assist me and my family.

My name is ALHAJI MOHAMED ABACHA, the surviving eldest
son of General Sanni Abacha, Late military President
and Head of state of the Federal Republic of Nigeria
who died in office 1998.

I was arrested and detained because of the wealth my
father made when he was in office as the President of
Nigeria. A post he held until he died in 1998.
Naturally I inherited the wealth, as the eldest son,
on behalf of my family.

I held in detention by this present government for 3
years 1999-2002. I was only freed last September 2002
on condition that I forfeit to the present government
all my father's wealth-this is not possible for me
to do because my father, when he was alive as
President, made all his monies legitimately as he
owned a lot of companies during his life time.

But the present government refused to accept the above
fact. They said my father got his wealth illegally,
therefore, I and my family should
return a total sum of $4.5 Billion Dollars. This is
ridiculous. They have seized all our known properties
including companies, houses, stocks and Bonds as if a
man has no right to do business and own money
while in government.

We know that the Present government is on a manhunt
for my fathers wealth as a personal vendetta against
my father because the President who is in power now
and most of his aides were arrested tried and jailed
by my father when they plotted a failed coup to
overthrow my father's government in 1997.

The present government has succeeded in freezing
various accounts amounting to $ 1.5 USD Billion
Belonging to my father in various Swiss and
European banks(This is in the news). They are looking
for more in the Banks. They can search all the banks
in the world for all I care but
they will not find any more money. This is obvious
injustice to my family.

As a preventive measure, my father, before he died,
deposited some monies in my name in some Security
Deposite Companies in some countries abroad.

Now that I have been released from detention,
although restricted within Nigeria, I need a lot of
monies to put my family and my private
life in proper shape.

It is therefore my intention to displace for my family
use the sum of $41.8 Million USD of our monies, in
one of the Security Deposit
Companies. I want this done within 2 weeks. This is
where I need you as a foreigner to assist me visit the
Security Company, sign and claim the
funds, deposit it in an account to be known only by
you and me. And subsequently, invest the money on
behalf of my family, in any profitable business in
your country such as: REAL ESTATE, STOCK TRADING,
IMPORT/EXPORT.

If you are a trust worthy, kind hearted and discrete
enough person and can handle this transaction, please
contact me immediately via email for further details
and instructions on how to claim the money on my
behalf from the Security Deposit Company.

For your effort and assistance, I have decided to
bequeath you with 10% of the $41.8 Million USD. 5% is
to be set aside for expences. While
the remaining 85% is for me and my family.

I must also inform you that if there are any minor
expenses to be made with the Security Deposit Company
in the process of your claiming the funds to your
account, such minor expenses will be borne by you,
because I and my family are under 24 hour Surveillance
by this government, therefore I can not directly be
involved with the Security Deposit Company otherwise
the money will be traced and seized.

If you are interested, please send your full name or
company name, telephone and fax numbers and your
contact details for me to change the beneficiary of
the money from my name to your name and consequently
for me and you to contact the security deposit company
to release the funds to you.

Looking forward to your immediate response. I will
not contact any other person until I hear from you.

Sincerely,

Alhaji Mohammed Abacha.
