committee of patriots for the former head of Nigerian
government, Rt. Gen. Ibrahim Babangida. During
Babangida’s reign in government, several ghost
contracts were awarded to slush companies, and
contract price was awarded for contracts not executed,
these avenues made ways for the siphoning of
government pulse by top government officials, and the
enabling transfers were equally effected by the
Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). This warranted various
lodgments made at different security houses across
Europe.

Rt. Gen. Ibrahim Babangida now intends to run for the
2003 presidential election, and all necessary
preparations is been put in place for this aim, but
presently he is under tension because of his stand at
the on-going Justice Oputa Panel. The Human Right
Violation, Investigation and Reconciliation
Commission(HRVIC), where he is petitioned by various
interest groups to defend some major decisions he took
while he was in power, coupled with his preparations
for the up-coming election, he cannot travel out to
effect the processing of this deposits.

I have been mandated to scout for a foreign assistant

fund if our ambition is to be achieved. If you will
